North Central College men's track and field athlete Luke Winder has been voted one of the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin's (CCIW) Athletes of the Week for the second straight time, while teammate Travis Morrison joins him as one of this week's honorees. The CCIW announced this week's selections on Tuesday.
