The North Central College women's cross country team put itself to the test in two locations Friday, taking 10th place in a high-caliber field at the Notre Dame Invitational in South Bend, Indiana while also turning in a sixth-place finish against rugged competition at the Illinois Intercollegiate Invitational at Aspen Ridge Golf Course in Bourbonnais.
