North Central College men's track and field athlete Luke Winder has been voted the NCAA Division III Midwest Region Field Athlete of the Year for the 2015 outdoor season by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). This year's regional Athlete of the Year and Coach of the Year honorees were announced Tuesday ahead of this weekend's Division III Outdoor National Championships.
