Longtime North Central College men's cross country and track and field coach Al Carius has been honored by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) as the Midwest Region Assistant Coach of the Year for the 2014 indoor track and field season. The USTFCCCA released this year's list of regional honorees on Wednesday.
